2nd Annual Allied Maritime Tech Conference at Newlab (Brooklyn Navy Yard)

This was my second year photographing the Allied Maritime Tech Conference, a two-day event produced by Alumni Ventures at Newlab in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Alumni Ventures has trusted me to photograph many of their conferences over the years, so it was great to return for the conference's second year. The event brought together founders, investors, defense leaders, commercial shipping executives, policymakers, and engineers to discuss everything from autonomous vessels and maritime security to supply chain resilience and emerging ocean technologies. Rather than being a traditional conference, it was designed to encourage direct conversations between the people building these technologies and the organizations that will ultimately use them.

I've been fortunate to work with Alumni Ventures across a wide range of events, and one of the reasons those relationships continue is consistency. Whether it's a venture capital summit, a startup conference, or a two-day industry event with hundreds of attendees, my goal is always the same: deliver a complete visual record of the event while staying out of everyone's way.
