New York Fashion Week "Pop Up" Photoshoot in Times Square, Manhattan

During NYFW, I got to collaborate with traveling stylist, Michelle Owens, who was in town to network at our world-class shows. But, this wasn’t your “typical” photo session, which is what made it so fun and challenging. Although she had booked me for an hour, we actually only had about 10-15 minutes to shoot based on her schedule for that day (her friend was actually waiting in line for a show they had tickets to see while we went out and shot!).

Thankfully, the area around Broadway and Times Square at night has so many opportunities for capturing a variety of backdrops in such a short amount of time, with a mix of fun, Instagram-ready shots that showed her style and aesthetic against the city lights.

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D850 using a 24-85mm zoom lens, and all individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom using custom-built presets.
