Stylized Matchmaking Portraits with Milana in Forest Hills (Queens)
Some clients show up with such a big presence that the shoot practically directs itself—and Milana was one of those people. This two-hour session in Forest Hills was booked through Fass Pass to Love, a Jewish matchmaking service that offers professional, fashion-forward photoshoots for clients to use on their private internal profiles. Milana brought bold energy, a killer wardrobe, and a ton of personality to the session. We shot across multiple outdoor locations and inside her home, capturing a mix of editorial-style portraits and dynamic lifestyle shots. The end result was a set of images as confident and expressive as she is—proof that matchmaking photos don’t have to be stiff or boring.

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D850 using a 24-85mm zoom lens, and all individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom using custom-built presets.
